Customer Reviews

We have been customers of Flame Connection for a number of years. They built our outdoor kitchen and it was superior job at fair price for excellence. Today the cleaning team was in for the annual cleaning and gas tune up. Again a superior execution! Team was on time, focused and ready for work! A great job by the Flame Connection Team!

Went to Flame Connection for some help solving a problem with a DIY pizza brick oven project from a book of plans. They looked at my pictures of the half finished project and helped me figure out a chimney that the DIY plans did not even address other than show a picture of a finished product. Could not help but notice the beautiful pizza ovens they had in the store (as well as all the other beautiful outdoor equipment). Why did I choose DIY again?? Thanks Flame Connection. Next time, I’m just coming to you right from the start!

Flame Connection had the unique task of building our outdoor kitchen and fireplace. We had a large space and wanted to have plenty of counter space. We appreciated every step of the process. The design process, the walk throughs, the construction, everything. We feel like we are a part of the Flame Connection family now. Thank you so much! We feel it came out better than expected!!!

When our old outdoor, built-in “Barbeque Galore” grill monstrosity was rusted out, unserviceable and in need of replacement, we contacted Rob Wilson at Flame Connection as one of the few approved dealers of the top brand name lines in southern Arizona. Rob patiently proved helpful in guiding us to select the best barbecue fit with his very professional advice and personal insights – while offering very useful advice of how to adapt and modify our existing masonry base structure. Perfect!

During the sale of our house, the buyer’s inspector indicated that 1 of the 3 gas insert fireplaces did not work. Garrett from Flame Connection promptly arrived as scheduled, was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within minutes. Two fireplaces had the regular gas valve-manual lighting. The third fireplace had an auto-pilot valve and wall switch to turn on/off automatically. Highly satisfied with service and recommend Flame Connection.
