During the sale of our house, the buyer’s inspector indicated that 1 of the 3 gas insert fireplaces did not work. Garrett from Flame Connection promptly arrived as scheduled, was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within minutes. Two fireplaces had the regular gas valve-manual lighting. The third fireplace had an auto-pilot valve and wall switch to turn on/off automatically. Highly satisfied with service and recommend Flame Connection.
