Went to Flame Connection for some help solving a problem with a DIY pizza brick oven project from a book of plans. During the sale of our house, the buyer’s inspector indicated that 1 of the 3 gas insert fireplaces did not work. Garrett from Flame Connection promptly arrived as scheduled, was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue within minutes. Two fireplaces had the regular gas valve-manual lighting.
